THE SENSATION HAS SHOWED PROBLEMS OF RUSSIAN MILITARY AVIATION

 

         The «Sensation. The PAK FA program is closed?» article have been published in «Military Parity» has caused the big interest of experts and fans of military aviation. The material has been placed, how much we know, in five Russians and two foreign military forums where constructive discussions took place. The main question stood so: whether «there was a child?» (Russian statement meaning - whether there was such clause in general, or it is disinformation?

 

 

Certainly, it was from the very beginning visible, that the material on the western military source was simply a joke for cheap sensation. It was not known, the price of the fighter of the 5th generation (from 30 up to 87,5 million US dollars) whence is taken. If Americans till now cannot precisely tell the price of F-35 fighter, as it is possible to know the price of PAK FA aircraft? 

 

But the most important question: whether really Alexander Zelin, ordering-head Air forces, could tell to close the program? No. Guarantee to that work of the general on a post of the commander-in-chief of Air Force.

 

But the comic material played an ominous «destructive» role. Really, PAK FA the program spends huge money which could proceed modernization of the tactical plane of Russian Air Force. Impossible to look without tears on ÌiG-29 and Su-27. Electro-mechanical devices, old radars, the weapon suitable only for the African country. At this time outside of Russia hundreds modern planes Su-30MK, ÌÊI, ÌÊÀ, ÌÊÊ, ÌÊ2 fly in the sky of China, India, Venezuela, Vietnam, Malaysia …

 

Why for modernization of existing park of tactical aircraft of money are not spent? Compare F-16A and its last serial models block 50, 52 and 60.

 

Yes that they, take also earlier models. It is a huge difference, it not exclusive copies for air shows, and serial samples who have really increased fighting potential F-16 in much.

 

And only our fighters have remained at a level of end-80 years. However, it is modernized Su-27SÌ, ÌiG-29SMT. Really, in 2007 the first have been entered into service Su-27SM. Their quantity, probably, 24, but is no more.

 

It seems, there are aircraft to increase quantity of the modernized machines up to 48. New aviation radioelectronics on ÌiG-29SMT which our pilots will see owing to the removed planes from Algeria if LCD therefrom will not delete at foreign suppliers demands. What, ÌiGs are made on the airframes made 15 years ago? Such aircrafts are dream of the Russian pilots even.

 

Modernized ÌiGs and Su should appear into Air Force in the end 90-years. But 10 years have lost, while «searched» developer PAK FA, pilots of 20 years sat in ÌiGs and Su, seeing old aviation radio electronics. Soon planes finish an operational resource, actually they are constructed 20-30 years ago. Means, time is already lost?
